Craig at Caliber talked to me in depth when I dropped off my Jeep, about possible repairs. He then helped me get with the rental car agency so I didn’t have to ask any family member to drop me off or pick me up. He updated me on the progress on my vehicle, via text every few days. My Jeep was ready 5 days early and looking SMASHING!!!! Everyone there was so friendly! And they have popcorn! 😁

I’ve done business with them before, and was happy with their work, but now they really impressed me with their personal service. I had a fender bender, and even though I was not getting it repaired at their shop, they had buffed off all the rubber that had transferred onto my car from the truck’s tires that hit me. My car looked so much better! It was such a nice thing to do, especially so close to Christmas. These are good people.

Cherry and David were incredible. They were so helpful. From moment I walked in cherry helped me get the referral and got me set up with my insurance . David was awesome. He walked me through the process. Communicated thoroughly, and frequently. He was reassuring, and he and the staff got my car back to me very fast. Exceeded all my expectations. The whole experience was professional. Grateful to their staff and so glad that I chose them.
