Maria (front desk) was the most patient and helpful person I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond with her job to make sure I wasn’t stressed and even helped me handle insurance company. All around I’m satisfied with the amazing work put into my car but the people that work here. I’ll always recommend this body shop and will be back if I ever need more repairs!!

Had a few issues with the front desk not understanding the correct amounts of money owed , had to explain it several times . Before my accident there was no popping noise after the accident it came up , it was said it was the rubber piece rubbing up against another piece but after all repairs were done there is still a popping noise but according to the diagnostic testing there is NOTHING WRONG …. I know my vehicle that’s all over all it was a great experience except these few things

I chose to have my repair at Springdale AR Caliber because I was so satisfied with my Caliber experience in California. Caliber here did not disappoint. They delivered my car at the time promised and it looked fantastic when they were done- they wash the car and black the tires and clean the inside.
