We are happy with the car repairs. The 2 Steves, Chad, and the lady in the front (Maria?) were pleasant, kind and helpful. But another employee in the business department was not kind and made me feel as if he thought I was trying to not pay my full deductible. He said he could not release my car and that he had been doing this for over 20 years and knew how these things worked. Thankfully, the general manager resolved the issue.

Everyone in the office was so nice to work with and helpful except for the man in the business department. He was unpleasant and made me feel like he thought I was trying to cheat on my deductible. He said he couldn't release my car to me and that he had been doing this for 20 years and knows how things work! I was taken aback at his attitude. Thankfully the general manager resolved the situation.

Everything was wonderful. And they kept us up to date on progress with text messages. I did have one issue with my wiper fluid leaking but they told me to bring it back and they will fix. It was a great experience with Caliber.

Maria was amazing in explaining the whole process to me. Steve was so friendly and met me outside to greet me. My car looked brand new and you would never know there was $10,000 in hail damage done to it! I will definitely be doing business with them again "if needed"! Thank you for doing such an amazing job!
