The repair seems to be a quality job, I can't tell it's been in an accident and repaired. The process took a little longer than I had hoped for, but given the current climate around parts availability and shipping, I'd say it went pretty well. I'd use them again without hesitation.

When I idle at a stop sign or stop light, I smell something like a burning plastic/rubber/oil. It's not coming from my engine bay and there isn't any smoke. I'm not sure how bumpers are painted, whether before or after mounting to the car body. Could it be possible that there was paint overspray that got on the exhaust or a heat shield was left out on accident with the new bumper installation? It's been getting less intense as time goes on, but it is still a bit concerning. I'm impressed by the quality of the paint matching and I didn't expect the interior cleaning. Those are big plusses.

They gave updates as soon as they were made aware of the situation when I called in. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of the shop, and I would have preferred they called me instead of me waiting and calling them for updates.

Great Communication throughout the repair process. Before, during, and after. Mr. Carp was my contact at Caliber. Hey finished my truck in extremely fast time. Super work on my repairs. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. The General Manager Steve met with us on our drop off. Took me on a tour of the facility. Really nice work in a timely manner.
