It was fine, but last time was much better when they first opened even with less supplies to work with. I liked drop box option, but not happy it took so long to start from appointment booked with insurance.

In the first several weeks, communication was minimal and difficult. However, after we were finally able to schedule the vehicle and have it in the facility, David has gone above and beyond to keep us informed and updated.
