David went the extra mile. The car wouldn’t start when I went to pick it up. He got it jumped and I went on my way to lunch. When I was leaving the restaurant, the car wouldn’t start again, so I called David. He went half way across Springdale to jump the car again, and then followed me to autozone and help replace the battery. Really greatful for the extra help and will definitely be using Caliber again, although hopefully I won’t need to.

When I originally asked about a timeline, I was told probably a week. When I turned the car in, I got a message that week telling me it would be two weeks. (It would have been nice to get a phone call with an explanation) It looked like it was going to take longer, but thankfully Caliber came through at the last minute. Overall, the work seems to be good. And I am thankful for that.

Actually talking to the Caliber where my car was was a good experience. The first time I tried to talk to someone, I had a general number to call. I couldn't understand whoever I talked to, and I couldn't get them to understand what I was requesting. That was frustrating.

The only complaint I have was caliber Collision kept my car for 5 weeks and a day when the original estimate was 8 days. Other than that they did a super job

I would never recommend the Springdale, Arkansas, location to anybody.

When I picked up my vehicle, it was raining, and it wasn't until later that I was able to properly inspect my vehicle. I noticed that there were still a lot of dents in main panels on the roof and hood. I also noticed a lot of deep scratches in the paint from where the workers had leaned up against the paint and scratched it down to bare metal. The windshield also had a small crack at the bottom from where a tool was dropped onto the windshield. When I picked up my vehicle, the associate blatantly told me that they did the paintless dent repair instead of reskinning and repainting, as they had charged my insurance company. I immediately called my insurance company to let them know of the service and how they were getting ripped off. They called the shop and is making them correct these issues. When my wife dropped the vehicle off this morning, they argued with her, saying that these issues were her fault. We had driven the vehicle under five miles, from the shop home and then back today. On another note, we have always used Caliber Collision at many locations across the country. In the past and they have always done the best job with great customer service. This is the first location that has not even cleaned the car after doing work. My whole interior was filthy from the shop dust.

Absolutely satisfied with our experience with Caliber in Springdale, Arkansas! Chad and all of his staff are Absolutely The Best!! They we're all super helpful with our entire process and kept us up to date with everything. Would not use anyone else, but these wonderful people!

The communication was perfect. I received updates as my truck went through different phases. They called me when they said they would. The work is flawless and was completed at the early end of the estimated time. David was very friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied before I drove off. I would definitely take a vehicle to caliber again.
