I would totally recommend it for autobody work. They need to find a reputable calibration company and check that the calibration is working correctly before returning car.

Repair Quality

I picked up my car Saturday and drove it home. It seemed fine but I only live close by. Today going to work I got on Interstate and my car electronics went haywire!! No navigation. Bell warning going off, car repeating 911 assistance not working. Said ‘front camera not working , shifting. We’d attention, auto brake hold not working. I am sitting in Caliber collision. Right now waiting for them to arrange a rental car as I need to go out of town tomorrow. They said they sent my car to be recalibrated last week in Burke but they obviously did a terrible job. The new tailgate and paint job they did looks great but if they do t get my car working exactly as it did when I dropped it off here I will be revising my 5 star rating I gave them before my car electronics went haywire today!

They were very good until I called today upset and I could hear and sense the woman’s frustration in the phone with me. Other than this, everyone I dealt with was very polite and good service. Car looks fine from auto body work but I’m not happy that things weren’t checked out after calibration repair they outsourced.

I had no idea what to expect, but Caliber made it easy. They recommended the towing service which was great. They kept me appraised of the status of the repair nearly every day. My car was done 2 days early and they dropped off the rental car. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was polite and knowledgeable. If you need body work, do yourself a favor and contact Caliber.

It took longer than I was expecting. I dont know if it was actually at Caliber or at the dealership that was the hold up. My completion date kept changing 7-15 to 7-17 to 7-21 to 7-22 and only after I called on the 21st at 4:30pm. The 22nd was my birthday so playing the waiting game for a phone call was frustrating.
