Small part of bumper not flushed. Little jagged on top sticking out. Clear coat on door has a raised drop. The customer service was great. The front desk lady was amazing and so nice

There was a Caliber Collision, just miles up the road from our house, but we realized that it wasn't managed the same as the one in Springfield. We have had a number of occasions where we have needed Caliber Collision, and we drive all the way to Springfield and are never disappointed.

The only disappointment with Caliber Collision (Backlick, Springfield) is that it was late in the evening when I dropped the car off, and the popcorn machine was cleaned for the night! Caliber Collision received my car late Thursday, and I was driving a little more than a week later. I received updates every few days! The car looked good, had been cleaned at pickup! This is my vendor (hoped I have no need of the company)!
