From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of customer service at this location. The greeter — an african american woman who was warm and welcoming — smiled and made me feel at ease every time I visited. When the service representative I was scheduled to meet with was unavailable, she went out of her way to find someone who could assist me with my questions. The person I was suppose to work with was heading on lunch break but he took a few minus to answer my questions That kind of initiative really stood out. I initially came in just to look around and decide whether this was a place I could trust with my vehicle even if Insurance was covering. The professionalism I encountered made that decision easy. Once my car was checked in, the communication throughout the entire repair process was excellent. I received timely text message updates letting me know the status of my vehicle, when it would be ready, and any developments with the repairs along the way. That kind of transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. The easy of dropping off the rental car at the location was helpful. They day I came to pick up car it was snowing but the service provider walked out to answer my questions. I’m happy to report that my vehicle was repaired and returned to me in a timely manner. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of auto body or collision repair services.

The location was great and the receptionist an African American young lady was pleasant. The person who handled processing my car into the Calibar Collision answered my questions when the vehicle was processed in and out. I was please with the updates provided on the status of the car. Car was done a day earlier. It was snowing when I picked up the car but I still was able to do a walk around and was able to ask questions. The car was clean and looked good on the inside and outside.
