Their communication is amazing. I made the claim through my insurance and picked their shop, as I have used them before and they are close to me. Within a few hours, they messaged me to setup an appointment to drop off. I dropped it off the next day. They had someone drive me back to my house after drop-off saving $ on an Uber. They communicated with me through the whole repair process. They had someone come pick me up when it was done, having again on an Uber. All work was done great and my vehicle looked perfect.

The pant used for my car doesn't match the the original pant; the bumper was not replaced and there are still scratches on the bumper; wrong cover was installed on my right side view mirror; scratches on the front hood; in fact I am totally dissatisfied with the overall job done on my car - Irete Fred E. 6/23/2026.
