The quality of work was good, but the rest of the experience was strange. Plus I had a tough time getting a rental car there which made the experience feel bad as well. Not sure I would recommend to others. Hiring friendlier staff might be helpful.

I was not greeted when I entered the store and it was tough to tell who was doing what. I was left waiting with little communication. Also, after leaving the car for repairs, I started getting text messages saying my car would be ready in 2 weeks, even after someone called me to say it would actually be ready in just a few days- rather strange and confusing.

There is a light blue mark in the middle of the bumper. I had to buff up some scratches on top of the car, my umbrella is missing and the I had my car painted at the facility in 2013 and there arebronw marks in the paint in the front. The lady told me that Caliber was going to fix everything and it seems there are many items not fixed. Also the time before my rubber liner was pulled from my engine and was never tucked back in. During my last two experiences at Caliber I am very disappointed.
