Need to stay open later to accommodate customers who work the 9-6 grind and then have to deal with DC traffic to her there to pick up their car. At least put a customer service person there until 8 pm to allow for this. I had to have my son pick up the car as I could not get there before you closed and as a result I was not able to inspect the work for myself
