The crew at Caliber did a wonderful job! In addition to the excellent look of the bodywork, I wasn’t expecting to have the inside portered. The inside looked better than I have ever seen it! The manager, Roman, walked me through everything that needed to be done and after repairs were made, showed me everything to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone I know!

Roman, at St. Francis Caliber was very professional in the way he presented himself to us upon meeting him. Roman was friendly and courteous. Any questions we had he answered and if he didn’t know he was prompt in getting the answers for us. He kept us updated on the progress of our car. It was a pleasure meeting and working with him. The guy at the desk (Roman) would continue to say my car would be done one day and it wasn’t done. I was never updated with any information with my car. I was told it would take 5-6 days and it took 20 days with no updates. The mailbox is full so it took me 4 calls to get someone to answer.
