Only reason this is not a ten is because I was told twice I would be called on a specific day and both times no one called. If you're not going to follow through with a promise of a phone call that was unsolicited by me, don't set up an expectation of contact. It's annoying.

sadly, this is the second time I have needed auto repairs and both times the car WAs damaged while parked in front of the house. But Roman and Caliber to the rescue. I didn’t want to incur car rental cost so Roman took me back to my house after I dropped off the car. They did a beautiful job and cleaned the car to perfection. Like Roman said, “I hope to not see them again,” but if I have to, I know they will do a great job
