They are GREAT!!!! They was very informative...kept me up to date wit the repairs..made sure I was satisfied..even went above and beyond on a front signal light that kept goin out...followed him to auto zone to replace the bulb and replaced it right there on the lot! I would recommend this Calibur Collision in St Francis 100% to anyone.. I can't remember his name....but Roman was also VERY HELPFUL!!!! Beautiful ppl! Im VERY 100% A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Ramon,was excellent with communicating with me while my car was in for repairs.Not only did he keep me informed he also let me know that I had a bad battery (which i thought so)(under warranty)and I told him i would take care of it right away. Once I went to pick up my car after the repairs were done,I was totally please with how beautiful my car looked, Caliber Collision did an EXCELLENT JOB on my car and I'm smiling from ear to ear. I will definitely be telling others about this company and hopefully I don't have to be back, but if I do I know where to come. Thank you Ramon & Team A job well done. Ms..
