From start to finish, there was little to no customer service. Management has ZERO customer service skills and seemingly inept at conflict resolution or even a compromise. There was no effort to do business in good faith.

Everyone kept me informed from when I called to schedule my car to being delivered until I picked it up. They explained every step of the way, even if I disagreed with some responsibilities in the contract. The constant text up dates kept me at easy as to the status and progress of my repairs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Excellent job and I would recommend anyone to Caliber Collision, in the future.

I had a horrible experience. Our car was brought in Aug 2022 after being stolen, we got it back the 6th of January and it’s still not done . The initial quote was incomplete , the communication was horrid. We got the car back and parts that should have been replaced are not replaced.
