First of all, you got my car in the shop quickly. I’ve heard other people say how long it took for repairs. The damage to my car is gone. It looks beautiful. I was kept informed about progress. All of the people involved in my collision were so nice and helpful. I will recommend Caliber Collision on Delmar Ave to all of my family and friends.

As my car was nearing completion, I was told it might be ready "in a day or two." So I tried to call for an update on those days and my calls were simply not answered. This not only made it impossible for me to plan that day and my next day's schedule (and arrange for alternative transportation), but being left in the dark created unnecessary anxiety for me. This is inexcusable. It is because of this that I will never recommend your shop to anyone else.
