Extremely satisfied with local shop. Had poor experience with national call center -- kept receiving calls and emails asking me to set up an appointment (all after I had an appointment and most after I'd dropped off the car). They couldn't get them to stop (though they seem to have now that the service is complete).

Yes mostly…but of a snafu at the start with assigning to wrong location and miscommunication on timing and turnaround. Once that was straightened out, everything else was smooth and well communicated. Work looks good too
