My satisfaction has not been met. My vehicle has a blemish in the paint that was claimed to be an existing defect, from a rock chip. This is not accurate, I saw the adjuster rub a spot and when the paint flaked and he said "we will have to blend this." And the spot has been painted. Secondly, the shop has imprinted swirl marks all along the side of my vehicle that would appear to be from an orbital buffer. Lastly, I could not see most of the paint finish because my vehicle was coated with heavy dust. The shop staff said "we are next to a concrete plant" as she proceeded to wipe the dust in a circular motion with her hand. I will have to wash the vehicle this weekend to actually see the paint finish on the repaired sections. Extremely disappointed on many levels. My vehicle is 10 months new and now it has multiple evident signs that body work has been performed in which the average layman could easily see. Not to mention the apparent aftermarket parts that do not match the factory, such as the light assembly. The adjuster service was horrible. The paperwork I was given says I was supposed to get pictures all along the process and I have not received one. This simple practice could have probably prevented at least the alleged rock chip from being discovered as I was picking up the vehicle instead of when I dropped it off. The adjuster never said a single word about this yet you had a picture in your file showing this as a rock chip. Ironically it happened to be 2 inches behind a damaged light assembly that had to be replaced. Guy
