Everyone was friendly. The scheduled appointment started on time and went smoothly. The repair was done correctly and in a short period of time. The only place where you could improve is in the condition of the rental car. The interior was dirty and had a big stain on the passenger seat. I removed it easily with some basic interior cleaner I bought at autozone for my own cars. Seems your maintenance crew could take a little extra time and do these clean ups before sending the vehicle out. Thanks

The repairs were completed very quickly and the staff was very nice, however, my car still sounds louder than it did before it was hit. Aside from the dent, my initial complaint was that the wheel was making a loud whirring sound, and it does not sound and better. Also, the air vents were only half cleaned out and I had to clean them myself to remove the rest of the dust. Plus, when I got to work, I was covered in white dusty marks because the seatbelt was full of dust that hadn't been cleaned out. Lastly, when I picked up the car I was told that it was slow to turn over, probably from sitting. I've left my car for longer periods of time and never had a problem. It seems that someone killed the battery and it needed a jump, because the radio was reset. I don't want to hear a coverup for someone leaving a light on. Overall, the checkin and rental process was very quick. The outside repairs look great, but the mechanical repairs are not satisfactory, and going into work with white dust all over my jacket is embarrassing. The car was done 2 days sooner than expected, so it seems like extra time could have been spent checking on the wheel noise and finishing the smaller cleaning details.

My car repair service was nothing less than outstanding! This is the first time in my life I had a car accident and the repairs were complete before the end of the week. In addition, the car looks better now than before the accident! They obviously took the time to repair some minor blemishes at no cost to me! Superior service, superior work, incredibly fast. Highly recommended!

It is absolutely amazing how fast and effient my repair was done. Everyone worked with me and I had to do very little after filing my claim. They were on top of everything from the rental to the repair!! I am overall extremely satisfied with this company and I'd gibe them 10 stars if I could.
