We recently rented a car from Enterprise because our car was in for repairs. Although the staff was very kind and helpful, I feel overall there was misunderstanding about additional fees or costs related to the rental and we were stunned with our final balance due. Through our experience, we heard others share similar stories about the unexpected cost. In addition, it was very hard to contact or connect with anyone, The voice message system that answers the phone calls just sent us into a loop of repeated options to choose from. No matter what we selected, we were unable to get through to a person. For example, I spent over two hours calling the main number and only received the automated voice message system with options that repeated itself.
