Great communication throughout the process! I really appreciated Stacey’s updates and trying to coordinate a future warranty issue with Kia. Matthew was friendly and knowledgeable and I think gave me great guidance trying to figure out what to repair. The younger associate who was there this evening went out of his way to make sure I knew that if anything was amiss I could bring my car back and they would help me. Finally, the person/people who made the repairs and cleaned my whole car afterwards - thank you! It looks great! Best service I’ve had in a long time.
