Other than not keeping us informed we are very pleased with the results.

We would prefer that they not make promises that they can’t keep. Don’t say it will be ready by a certain date or that they‘ll update us every day. It wasn’t and they didn’t. But we are delight with the final outcome.

Everything was excellent except the initial welcome at the front desk. The female employee was rude to the lady in front of me and then was rude to me. My husband said she was rude to him on the phone also. Her behavior reflects poorly on your business. Our car looks and runs great. Thanks.
