Everything was excellent except the initial welcome at the front desk. The female employee was rude to the lady in front of me and then was rude to me. My husband said she was rude to him on the phone also. Her behavior reflects poorly on your business. Our car looks and runs great. Thanks.

Took almost a month to get my car back. Repairs actually took only 3 days to finish. Basically, took my car and parked it in the snow for 3 weeks before starting the work. Communication was good though, kept sending me text updates that my finish date would be extended to the following week. Can't really tell if the work was quality as I can't power wash or wax my car for 60 days and my car is too dirty right now.
