In addition to my repair experience, another issue happened. Smart start is installed in the car and when it was returned to me I took my car in for its monthly calibration on the same day. I was notified I had rolling violations. I believe the violations happened while in Caliber Collision’s possession. I have a clean record in regards to rolling violations. This shop has affected my personal situation and I’m unsure I can trust my vehicle in their possession. I’m currently evaluating next steps as Kelly said it would take one more day to fix the cracked paint.

Caliber Collision in Stillwater far surpassed my expectations! I’ve never needed auto body work before, but I’m a loyal client from here on out. Repairs were exceptional, turnaround time was quick, staff was caring & considerate, and communication was reliable. When I was told that I would have an update on certain days, I received it. When I picked up my vehicle, I started to tear up from happiness! Cosmetic damage was repaired to the level of perfection, there were no flaws. I brought the car in with front-end bug splatter courtesy of an up-north excursion, and I told them to kindly ignore it. My car was washed spotless, mats/seats/dash cleaned, and it smelled like a new car! Better than when I bought it! I can’t say enough positive compliments about my experience.
