Everything look good but the day I got it back it was grinding at the rear tire

Every time we check on it I was always ready next week and then it be ready in another week. The other problem was the miscommunication between insurance this place and rental place. Cost me an extra 600 bucks in rental because no one told me when to return and the last thing I receive was due to the process of the car the rental was extended until the car was finish

I was very impressed. The staff was polite, respectful and kept me up to date on every step of the repair process. However, Enterprise said your shop had not informed them on the day of my rental drop off. They were going to charge me for an extra day, but I called them and they rolled back the return date to match.
