Getting into a car accident is never on the agenda. It is an inconvenience and causes a whole lot of added stuff to what is already a busy life. But me and my wife can say without a doubt Calibar Collision helps greatly to elevate that. From the first day we came through the doors and being greated by the friendly receptionist. She walked us through the beginning steps and then handed us off to Zoey Le who worked diligently to keep us informed on which stage the car was in, how much it was going cost while being open and patience to answer any questions. And the car looks great! The staff who worked on the car did a great job. It doesnt even look like the car was in a accident. Caliber Collision staff gets an A+ from us. We will be recommending everyone get their car repaired at Caliber Collision!

Jacquie from Caliber Collision was truly amazing and made my transition as smooth as possible. From the time i dropped my car off to the time i picked my car up Jacquie was extremely professional, answered any questions i had, communicated very well, and kept me updated through out the entire process. i would recommend and ask for her any time.

I was greeted when I entered the establishment with professionalism and care. My advisor Zoey kept me informed of the progress of my repair during the repair. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I was thoroughly pleased with the repair and to see that it was completely clean like new. Caliper went the extra mile and it was a great experience. Could not have done better.
