I was greeted when I entered the establishment with professionalism and care. My advisor Zoey kept me informed of the progress of my repair during the repair. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I was thoroughly pleased with the repair and to see that it was completely clean like new. Caliper went the extra mile and it was a great experience. Could not have done better.

The protective film that was put on the back has bubbles in it, and it looks like the whole bumper is scratched across because of that. I’m totally dissatisfied with the way that part looks.

Justin went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that our car was fixed perfectly. He kept me updated nearly daily with granular levels of detail, including phone calls and texts. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. 12/10 experience because of Justin's attention to detail and professionalism. Justin needs a raise or a promotion or both for exceeding expectations so drastically. Would recommend to anyone.

Zoey was a pleasure to work with and got everything done in a timely manner. I let Zoey know when I dropped my car off I was paying for my rental out of pocket so getting my car taken care of in a timely manner was very important to me.
