Jaqueline was a great advisor and very helpful throughout the process. However, the front desk representative I worked with when signing my paperwork at pickup was not friendly. When I dropped off my vehicle, I interacted with a different representative who was pleasant and polite. Additionally, I requested that my headlight be checked, as it was not working. I was informed that the bulb had been replaced, but the issue remained. I then took my vehicle to Dillinger, where I was told the bulb had not been replaced. They replaced it free of charge, and it is now working properly. I would simply advise ensuring that customers are accurately informed about the services performed on their vehicles. I also had them check my 4 month old battery (I was told my card was jumped while in bay with Caliber), my battery was perfectly fine. Thank you.

I've had very good experience with caliber collision, the repair is excellent. They kept me updated throughout the repair process so I was able to plan my rental car and went to expect my vehicle back. Should I ever need repairs again, I definitely will take it to caliber collision
