Dave helped me from the moment I dropped my car off to picking it up. He went the extra mile with hauling my stuff and even assisting with my rental car. If I ever get in a wreck again I’m calling Dave! The front desk was quick and friendly as well. All around it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone needing their car fixed!

I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process, which I truly appreciated. Scheduling an appointment was also very easy and convenient. My only suggestion for improvement would be customer service at the front desk. On both occasions when I entered the building, the front desk staff member was noticeably unpleasant, which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable. That said, my service advisor was exceptional— She was professional, warm, and personable in every interaction. She provided excellent customer service and made the experience much more positive. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the repair and appreciate the communication and professionalism provided throughout the process.
