The only dissatisfaction I had was with the Geico auto damage adjuster. She didn't communicate with me very effectively. Outside of that I had an excellent experience.

Service was absolutely fantastic. With me only being in Virginia for only three weeks, they were able to fix my car just in time for me to leave. Zoey the representative that kept me up to date on everything was fantastic and professional about everything including to where I could pick the car up a day early along with having the rental turned back in for me. Incredible service and would highly recommend to everyone that I know.

Zoe was phenomenal, i'm keeping me informed of everything and making sure that my car ended up in pristine condition. The paint match was perfect to the rest of my car, which is hard to do with a red three stage pearl.
