From the beginning, the all of the staff members that I interacted with were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I appreciated the ability to preorder the parts needed to repair my vehicle so that it minimized disruption to my life without one. My vehicle was also ready almost a week early which was exciting. The dissatisfaction comes from the fact that upon a final walk through of the work completed in the vehicle, there were some parts of the vehicle not put back together completely or correctly. The staff member who did the walk through with me was not my technician, but he gave me some next steps that I can utilize next week, and I hope these small errors can be resolved promptly and without additional cost.

The paint does not match the original color (too dark) of the panel that was painted even after the second paint job was done to lighten the paint.

As I've noted before I'm still confused why the colors cannot be closer.

They tell me the bumper that's fiberglass will not match the metal panel. They said they got as close as they could. I had a Riviera that had fiberglass fenders and metal panels and it match perfect. So I'm not sure what to think. But I do not like the mismatch even after the second attempt. The staff is friendly.

I had a lot of trouble getting things figured out before coming to Caliber but once I got the car to Caliber everyone was extremely helpful! Everytime I had to call to figure stuff out they were really friendly and helpful, from the front office staff to the technicians and everyone there. I am very thankful for Caliber, my car looks great!

I was very satisfied with my repair experience. Dylan took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired on my Honda, including which parts had to be replaced and how the paint work would be completed. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy to understand. The final result exceeded my expectations, and my car looks great.
