Michelle’s communication was awesome. She updated me frequently at every phase of the repair. They also helped me acquire a rental seamlessly. It came to me and I dropped it off when I wouldn’t have even known that was an option without them telling me. The car came out flawless. I would absolutely come back to caliber for any body work especially if Michelle is still leading the communication.

Would not trust Caliber Collision to work on another vehicle.

Staff is friendly but the quality of the work is poor. Low quality repair & painting. Buffing compound not removed. Not all damage was repaired. Windshield had tinted strip prior to replacement. I was told my vehicle would be as it was prior to damage. The tinted strip was not done and now I have to pay out of pocket to have it done when it was supposed to be replaced with windshield.

The employees were amazing! They were able to replace and paint my bumper in less than a week. It was a very smooth process and everyone was very kind! They also cleaned the outside and inside of my vehicle which helped me out a lot as a pregnant mother of 2 toddlers! Thanks again!

They worked very fast to replace and repaint my bumper! They also answered all of my questions swiftly and we're very kind. I was updated each day about the progress of my vehicle. If I have to get my car cosmetically repaired again, I would come back to this location 1000%

I was not completely satisfied because the runs were not repaired but spray painted. There is chrome paint visible on car. In addition, the damage was not fixed above the rim where my vehicle was hit.
