New parts made the car look as good as fresh paint and unblemished panels will do. Poor communication leading to a repair being done to fix cosmetic damage resulting in mechanical damage being ignored and an insurance payout being used where it could’ve been used to repair drivability issues would’ve been nicer. Also, a vital component to my car’s cooling system was removed, no mention that it was taken out. So now I have to buy a new air dam. Car was washed, waxed and detailed inside and out though
