I guess delay was a genuine reason

I would have given 10. But they delayed by 10 days. Reason provide painter called emergency and they have to find alternatives.

Monica was amazing every step of the way. She was able to walk me through the entire process and allowed me to ask any questions I needed (even if it was repetitive or silly). I really appreciate the detail she put into examining my car and made sure I was at ease. I also would like to give the front desk worker a shout out as she was also extremely helpful throughout the process!
