I was dealing with a difficult garage for my repairs prior to Caliber and everybody at CC has been very helpful, calming, reassuring and professional. Vicky on the phone made me feel like she was on my side and we’ve known each other for ever, and the repair team has been very efficient, courteous and helpful.
