The Niro is our only car. We'd misunderstood that parts would not be ordered until Caliber had the car in-hand. In effect, we "lost" two days as a result. Further, we did not understand whether the repair would involve re-calibration -- causing us to have to extend our rental car arrangements over a second weekend. So... we extended it, only to have our car returned to us on a Friday. We'd gotten the impression it would be the following Monday. There was no penalty for the shorter rental, thankfully. That being said, the CC staff were professional and patient throughout -- it's just that we didn't understand the amount of time involved... and we really wanted to avoid being without it over 2 weekends.... which is, thankfully, how it worked out. In other words, we were confused throughout.
