Scott was excellent and so nice, he kept me up to date as to what was going on with the car. As well as it was done before the date estimate. I do think that when people come to pick up their car, that the customer service is a little better. And should not put your customer on the spot just because you want to know how their deductible got waived. For future reference that is a private conversation after the customer has left, once the receptionist was let known about this she should have just helped the customer not make them wait until she got the explanation she wanted. But thank you so much for everything else was fantastic!

They did a great fixing my truck, it took a while to get my truck back because they did mention a part they ordered came in damaged but that’s not their fault. They even cleaned the inside of the truck which I was not expecting
