Jamie was outstanding in managing my claim and making me feel better in a time of trauma from my accident. She runs her office like clockwork. Scott took a look at my car and calmed me by saying the damage was “not too bad.” Both were supportive and efficient. The car was returned to me in perfect shape and even though the charge was higher than the initial estimate, I am pleased with the final result.
