I am very pleased. I didn't have to wait long when I went into the office for assistance, everyone was very pleasant, getting picked up at your office by enterprise rental was very convenient & dropping off the rental at your office was extremely convenient. I was so pleased when I picked my car up, earlier than expected, and my car was cleaned inside and out. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I was treated respectfully, informed of the entire process for repair, set up with a car rental business, sent text messages every day on repair progress and estimated costs, contacted with further damage report, informed of possible end date and vehicle pick up. This is not my first time with this collision repair business. I have recommended them to others many times. I completely trust their abilities to repair, their timely repair and their honesty.

Would not recommend this shop. The shop should of made sure everything was completed properly before my vehicle was given back to me.

I got my car back from the shop and then I had to send it back to the shop the next day because my temperature gage was going right to hot. The shop never burped my new radiator because they said that my car had no gas in it. However I went there to drop off my tire so that they could take the rim off, and put a new tire on my vehicle a couple days before and they never said anything about getting gas or anything. They even gave me the keys when I went to pick it up and told me that I needed to go right to the gas station, and get gas because my car was on E and still never said anything. Now I don’t know if there is anymore damage to my vehicle because I drove it to my house and the shop is an hour away before it started going to hot. I also haven’t heard any update about my vehicle and I am without my vehicle again, even after the shop has had my vehicle for almost 2 months. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and I feel like that the shop really should of been paid $5,000 ($2,500 that the company I went through had helped me pay and the $3,000)

The shop told me that my car would be all set and ready to go at the time they had contacted me, and now it’s back in the shop a day after I picked it up because they didn’t properly do their job.

I was completely satisfied with the fast service on my truck especially given the state of vehicles today and that you couldn’t control getting parts to fix it. Jami, Nate and Frank were Unbelievably helpful, kept me in the loop with my repair status, made arrangements for me with a rental and gave me a ride home when I first dropped off my vehicle to not disturb my family members! They are All Amazing employees!!!👍
