I'm impressed by everything, honestly. Customer service was great. The repair was completed ahead of schedule. My car looks great, inside and out. I was not expecting it to be so thoroughly cleaned. It looks like new. I apparently should get rear-ended more often.

Everything is fine - the car looks great. A new problem has surfaced - the driver side/front door will not lock. The fab still works for the other three doors. I have an appointment for this.
