I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Caliber. Fernando and his team were always extremely professional and helpful. They kept me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my car, and it looks amazing! They finished the repairs exactly when they said they would, and they delt with all of the insurance issues so I didn’t have to. I would recommend this Caliber Collision location to anyone looking for a fast and reliable repair on their vehicle.

The repair itself appears to be well done and the pricing is reasonable. However, I was not informed when the estimate increased by ~27% due to additional findings, including calibration and parts changes. Better communication during the process would significantly improve the customer experience.

Lot's of communication and the repair was completed as promised. As a mention, I would like to give credit to Maribel Pantoja and Fernando Diaz for knowing their craft and instilling confidence that I was dealing with a professional business. It's hard to find / keep experienced team members...my adivce is to keep them!
