The repair itself appears to be well done and the pricing is reasonable. However, I was not informed when the estimate increased by ~27% due to additional findings, including calibration and parts changes. Better communication during the process would significantly improve the customer experience.

Lot's of communication and the repair was completed as promised. As a mention, I would like to give credit to Maribel Pantoja and Fernando Diaz for knowing their craft and instilling confidence that I was dealing with a professional business. It's hard to find / keep experienced team members...my adivce is to keep them!

Items not completed. Missing memory cards from car stereo. Tired had not been inflated properly after service on the wheels. Had to re-inflate the tires at the gas station. Several lbs of air pressure low.

Nobody wants to deal with any Collision, but it you must Caliber is the place to go. My car looks like new, Chris kept me informed and 100% delivered (job well done !) Originally, I couldn’t find your address and Maribel actually walked to where i was lost and guided me there! Bottom line my entire experience was an A+ good job great people
