Everyone I interacted with at Caliber were so kind, open, and the perfect blend of professional and personable. They took really great care of my car and even fully cleaned and vacuumed out the inside which was a huge and welcome surprise. I've been to a lot of car shops in my day, but Caliber is legitimately the best I've been to in terms of timely communication, friendly folks, and professionalism. While the nature of my visit was unfortunate (lady ran a red light and hit me), I'm glad Caliber was the shop I went to! I will most definitely be recommending Caliber and I will be coming back. :) also big ups to Isabella for being not only super cool, but also very much on it with texting me updates on my Kia and taking care of everything for me!
