Good customer service from everyone, especially Jason. Communication was exceptional with good explanation of repair work needed and daily updates if progress. Repair was finished within one week - looked great - car was delivered washed and vacuumed.

Please give credit to your outstanding employee, Isabella Lim, for her initiative and excellent effort she provided when I arrived to see what could be done with my car. She took the time to provide a temporary repair by hand and even polished some of the paint scratches.… I was extremely impressed with the effort she made to help me out without being asked to. Fast, efficient, friendly and absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful and welcoming in a difficult situation. They checked us in and went through what steps they would take to assess and then repair my Jeep. I got text messages at every step along the way. I got an initial estimate of completion on the 23rd, they had it done by the 19th. They even arranged to have Enterprise pick us up to get us a loaner car while they repaired the Jeep. Would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone else who has vehicle damage!!!
