I am so grateful and thankful for the service given by Caliber Collision. I was greeted at the beginning with kind, helpful people and from beginning to end the service was the same. My car had minor damages but I was treated with respect and importance through the whole process. Bryan kept me informed and when I explained that we were to be leaving for a trip he assured me they would do their best to complete the job before we left. But also assured me it would be done with perfection. I was kept in the loop the entire time and was so pleased when the job was done by the time they were trying for. I absolutely appreciate the team at Calling Ber and would recommend this auto body shop to friends and family. The nicest people work at the Tigard location! It’s a 10 in my book! The Tigard Caliber Collision team did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle, finishing it faster than I expected. Daniel Charbonneau was an excellent service advisor who went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly. He also handled some issues with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to worry. He kept me updated throughout the entire process with my CX-5. YES! I would and have already recommended Caliber Collision to both friends and family should they need any repairs done to their vehicles. I won't take my vehicle to any other repair shop because of the excellent quality of repairs they provided, and the customer service was also outstanding

Have been back 3 times now trying to fix an issue the vehical had with the blinkers after repair. This current repair works but they said it wouldn't last and would have to order parts again. The guy said he would come out to my location to fix this issue which is nice but would rather have waited longer to get my car back than doing this. As well I've been contacted 6 times between email and text to take this survey which is really annoying since I keep having to come back and the job is not completed correctly.

Communication was okay but being told to bring the car back for a blinker issue that should take 30min to an hour turned into a minimum 1.5 hours on waiting for parts since they didnt have them. Came back 2 days later and was told this would be 5-10min easy fix which turned into an hours wait and was told they needed to order more parts that would need to be replaced. The guys said he would come out to me to fix it which is nice but this will be the 3rd time trying to fix this.
