I have never needed repair work here in Portland & made a very smart decision choosing them. I liked the continual communication with status updates. I was disappointed that the interior was not cleaned and dirty from being there....but I also understand that given the current circumstances staffing may have been an issue.

Service was kind and friendly from the office appointment, to them arranging a rental car, the repair update texts, and the courtesy drop off! It was an easy experience and I felt checked in on and cared for the entire time. Not only to the repairs look amazing, but my car has been detailed and cleaned so thoroughly!
