I took My Cadillac to repair do to an accident that we had, since the first call that I got right away from there office, then Jason my advisor when I took my car to the shop, and getting back to me for any update. I can said enough good things of the team, also the guys who fix my car, they did an amazing job. For sure I will recommended them, to friends and family and to any that want to get your car be fix from an accident the guys At Caliber in tigard are the best.👌👍 and I won't hesitate to go back if I need help again. Need to make new appointment and contact insurance company. Components were lose or not connected correctly on the center grill to passenger side components. While driving down the highway something came off in front, something flopped and other things moved ripping off part of a trim that I tapped back on. Now the entire front squeaks when moving

Did not finish the job. I had front off road lights, one was smashed off. I was told because there were no bolts in place they would not replace it. That’s dumb, the bolts are attached to the light. They go through the frame that attaches the light so of course if the lights gone so are the bolts. No point arguing, it’s only 120.00 to get new ones. The wire was left hanging there so easy to install and reconnect
