Terrible communication from start to finish. I could never get a straight answer on where my car was in the repair process, and then the shop managed to over-buff it, causing even more delays. They didn’t tint my front window like they were supposed to and then told me to do it myself and they’d give me a gift card. Now they’re acting like that was never offered. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.
