Upon delivery of my car repairs, I noticed a substantial gap between the passenger side fender and number. Same gap existed on the driver side but the connection was not flush and smooth. Sal said he would keep it and fix it. Went back to get it a 2nd time and the gap still exists. I called travelers claims and was told I would have to deal with the shop directly. NO help from Travelers!!! The shop said they would work with insurance to get the issue rectified. I was told to take delivery so I did. Upon getting home I noticed that some kind of overspray all over my passenger side windows so I had to reach out to the shop and was told it would be fixed with the rest. What a huge hassle! I thought Travelers was supposed to be an advocate for their insured!

Caliber did a great job with my repair. The car looks great! Ed kept me informed on every step of the job. The car was ready when promised, and Ed even stayed a little late because I was stuck in traffic when I was trying to pick up my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I need collision repairs again!
